This role is responsible for maintaining and improving campus facilities through quality painting and carpentry work. 🏫🎨🪚 Key Responsibilities: Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing 🎨🖌️ Complete carpentry tasks such as repairs, installations, and minor construction projects 🪚🔨 Inspect, maintain, and repair campus structures to ensure safety and aesthetic standards 🏠🔧 Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively ⚙️🛠️ Respond to on-call assignments and assist during occasional weekend shifts as needed 📞🗓️ Qualifications: Proven experience in painting and carpentry; additional trades skills are a plus 🛠️🎓 Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them diligently ⚠️✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work 👀🔍 Flexibility to accommodate on-call and weekend shifts as required ⏰🔄 Why Join Us?At The Budd Group, you’ll find a collaborative and supportive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth.
