Hours Available: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Locations Available: Mt. Pleasant, Downtown and West Ashley
Pay: $18.00/hr
Summary:
Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of a facility.
Responsibilities:
Lead and train janitorial staff.
Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.
Fill in for Team Members when they are out.
At that point, duties include all janitorial general cleaning of assigned sections
Inspect rooms to make sure they are cleaned per the scope
Make sure all keys are accounted for an turned in
Ensure interior and exterior doors are shut
Arm the building at the end of the shift
Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of Supervisor experience including team lead
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test
