Experienced Landscape Crew Leader MVR Required

The Budd Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to lead our team at Presbyterian College. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for landscaping, and a commitment to providing excellent service. As the Landscape Crew Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of landscape professionals, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Monday-Friday  7am-4:30pm $20-22 an hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of landscapers in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects. Perform and oversee landscaping tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, irrigation system installation, and general landscape care. Ensure the team is following safety protocols and maintaining high-quality work standards. Manage project schedules and report progress to upper management. Provide training and mentorship to team members to improve skills and knowledge. Maintain landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Handle customer inquiries and ensure client satisfaction on-site. Qualifications: Previous experience in landscaping and/or horticulture, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and horticultural principles. Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care, and pest control is a plus.

Salary : $20 - $22
