Title: GMP Cleaning Lead

Pay: $25
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm & rotating weekends
Location: Holly Springs, NC

Requirements:

• Ability to lift/push/pull 35lbs.
• 2 years of experience in GMP cleaning
• Ability to read ant write in English for documentation
• Strong understanding of the GMP regulations that apply to the pharmaceutical industry

Summary: The GMP Cleaning Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the GMP cleaning team. This includes ensuring that all cleaning activities are performed in accordance with all SOP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), training and developing cleaning staff, and maintaining Log Books. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the GMP Manager or Account Manager in ensuring all SOPs are being followed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Keep GMP spaces audit- and tour-ready at all times.
• Ensure cleaning activities follow SOPs and staff complete required GMP and safety training.
• Perform daily checks: expiration dates on chemicals, status tags, log books (using ALCOA and C.L.I.D.E. procedures.), and end-of-shift cleanliness.
• Conduct daily audits and address cleaning-related complaints.

Train and develop cleaning staff, manage gowning stocks, and schedule cleaning tasks.

• Report maintenance issues and communicate cleaning status to GMP or Account Manager.
• Track and order clean room supplies from approved vendors.
