Key Responsibilities:
👥 Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
🔍 Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
🗂 Coordinate and prioritize tasks based on client needs, adjusting as necessary.
🧼 Assist with cleaning duties when needed, including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning.
⚖️ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
📦 Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure that stock is replenished as necessary.
📞 Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements:
