Landscape Mechanic Position 🔧
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Landscape Mechanic to inspect, repair, and maintain various automotive and small engine equipment. This includes pumps, compressors, trenchers, tractors, heavy equipment, and trucks used in landscaping and maintenance. 🚜
Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Disassemble and overhaul engines, pumps, transmissions, and other components.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including brake adjustments, wheel alignments, and lubrication.
Conduct preventative maintenance on vehicles and small engines.
Repair and service equipment for storage.
Perform service calls and parts pickup as needed.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or small engine repair.
Ability to interpret manuals and diagrams.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including noise.
Additional Information:
Monday - Friday work week, 8 hours per day
Hourly pay based on experience.
