We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. This role involves maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for students, staff, and visitors. 🏫🌡️
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units ❄️🔥💨
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely and efficient repairs ⚡🔧
Perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks to extend system life and efficiency 🛠️🔄
Respond to on-call assignments and assist during rotating weekend shifts as scheduled 📞📅
Maintain detailed service logs and ensure compliance with safety standards 📋✅
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician; relevant certification is a plus 🎓🔑
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols 🧠⚙️
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
Flexibility to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts ⏰🔄
