Location: Wilson, NCPosition: Industrial Janitorial Team LeadShifts: Day Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)  What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire: Be the captain of cleanliness! Manage your team to ensure top-notch sanitation and safety in our industrial facility. Team Building: Build a strong, motivated crew that shows up and gets things done with pride. Maintain Excellence: Keep high standards for safety, sanitation, and organization in all areas—basically, you’re the keeper of the clean! What You Need: Must be 18 years old (no exceptions, we can’t work with minors… yet). Ability to pass a drug test and background check (we like to keep things clean all around). Physically able to lift, push, and pull 40 lbs (because those mops and equipment don’t move themselves). Comfortable working in an industrial setting (it’s not as glamorous as Hollywood, but it’s definitely rewarding). 1 years of leadership experience is a MUST!!
