Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage janitorial operations, control expenses, and ensure budget compliance.
Oversee service delivery and maintain the highest quality standards.
Maintain personnel records and ensure administrative compliance.
Plan, organize, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts.
Establish workflow processes and ensure compliance with environmental procedures.
Lead customer communication efforts and expand client relationships.
Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Associate's degree or higher (BA/BS preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of management experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to develop staffing and budget plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and safety compliance.
Valid Driver’s License required.
