The Account Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring account retention, and fostering positive employee relations. The Account Manager will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, contributing significantly to the success of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling personnel, establishing and upholding work standards, conducting regular site evaluations and audits, managing inventory and equipment, controlling budgets, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. This includes orienting and training staff, maintaining employee records, contributing to staffing plans, managing employee relations, overseeing training programs, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships. Proactively communicate about programs, services, and performance. Address client needs and concerns effectively, and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships. A deep commitment to client satisfaction and exceeding quality standards is paramount.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are delivered efficiently and effectively while adhering to the highest quality standards. Maintain compliance with local, state, federal, and company environmental regulations. Manage janitorial expenses within budget, reviewing job costs and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of proven management experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to develop and forecast productivity, staffing, and budget plans, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Exceptional commitment to client satisfaction and consistently high quality standards.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
Solid understanding of human resource policies and practices, including staffing, employee relations, training, and safety.

Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher.
2-5 years of management experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
