Key Responsibilities:
Manage expenses for janitorial operations within the plant, ensuring budget compliance and efficiency.
Maintain the highest quality standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee employee records to ensure administrative compliance.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts.
Develop and implement effective workflow processes and standards.
Ensure compliance with Local, State, Federal, and Company environmental procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: BA/BS Degree.
