We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to oversee operations, maintain high-quality service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule:
Shift: 3rd shift, 6 PM - 6 AM
Rotation: 2-3-2 schedule in a 365, 24/7 facility
What You’ll Do:
Ensure customer satisfaction and account retention through strong leadership and operational excellence.
Oversee janitorial operations, including work scheduling, inventory control, budget management, and compliance with safety standards.
Conduct site evaluations, audits, and implement necessary improvements.
Maintain accurate employee personnel records and support HR functions such as training and development.
Establish and uphold workflow processes and standards to maintain high service quality.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding program performance and opportunities for improvement.

Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
