The Budd Group is seeking an experienced Janitorial Evening Site Lead with Floor Tech experience!NEW EDUCATIONAL BUILD 📣
Location: Charleston, SC (Across from TTC Palmer Campus)
Hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr
Summary:
Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of a facility.
Responsibilities:
Lead and train janitorial staff.
Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.
Create cleaning schedules and order supplies.
Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment.
Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of Supervisor experience including team lead
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test
