About the Job: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning team. In this important role, you’ll ensure that all areas of the facility remain clean, safe, and welcoming while supervising a dedicated team of janitors. You will also play a key role in training new staff, maintaining cleaning schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:🧹 Supervise and lead the cleaning team: Guide and assist in daily cleaning activities to maintain a pristine environment.🧽 Training and development: Ensure that all team members are properly trained in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.📋 Monitor and inspect: Check the quality of work to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and meet our safety and quality standards.🔄 Shift management: Oversee team schedules, attendance, and productivity during your shift.💼 Maintain a positive work environment: Foster teamwork, encourage communication, and ensure everyone feels supported and valued.🔒 Safety focus: Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used in compliance with safety regulations and handle any issues promptly.
