Full Time and Part Time Permanent Janitorial Positions
All Shifts
Location: UPSTATE SC
Pay Range: $9.50-21 (depending on position and work location)
General Cleaners, Day Porters, Utility Techs, Floor Techs, Lead/Shift Supervisors, Site Supervisors
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs repetitively
Experience Preferred but not requited for most positions
Responsibilities:
General Cleaners: Will include general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Day Porters: Will include restocking bathrooms and putting away supplies. Will also include general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor..
Supervisors: Will include general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Manager. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting thine Manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope. Valid SC Driver's License and MVR Required
Utility Tech: (depending on work site) may include clearing out of storm drains, room/event set up & break down, use of forklift to move cardboard, as well as general cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors around machines, removing metal chip, cleaning windows and bathrooms, emptying trash and removing cardboard, cleaning storage areas outside the plant, using a pressure washer to clean concrete areas outside, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Floor Tech: Will include stripping and waxing of floors, buffing floors, using various types of floor care equipment, as well as any cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Salary : $10 - $21
