What’s in It for You?

• 1 Year, 360° Training Experience – Rotate through different departments, from operations and sales to HR and finance.
• Hands-On & High Impact – Get your hands dirty (literally!) working alongside frontline teams in janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning the Business – From sweeping floors to crunching numbers, you’ll experience it all.
• Getting Hands-On – Cleaning, landscaping, pressure washing, painting, and more—no desk-only jobs here!
• Managing & Problem-Solving – Scheduling employees, conducting audits, tracking jobs, and making things run smoothly.
• Sales & Customer Relations – Prospecting, cold calling, presenting, and closing deals like a pro.
• HR & Recruiting – Interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and keeping teams engaged.

✔ Hands-On & Flexible – Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes on evenings & weekends.
