Compensation: $14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Location: Nashville, TN
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our office environment. The successful candidate will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a professional and hygienic workspace.
Responsibilities:
Execute general cleaning duties, including but not limited to:
Waste removal and disposal.
Dusting and surface sanitization.
Restroom cleaning and disinfection.
Vacuuming and floor maintenance.
Adhere to established cleaning protocols and standards.
Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in a janitorial or cleaning role.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds repetitively.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
