As a Shared Services Staffing Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our Janitorial and Landscaping divisions running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our recruiting and HR teams to find top talent, streamline hiring processes, and create an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering with Recruiters – Work side-by-side with our hiring pros to attract and onboard great talent. Managing Job Postings – Post job openings on our Career Page, Indeed, BHive, and more! Tracking Hiring Progress – Keep our hiring process on track in Dayforce and Google Docs, providing daily updates to leadership. Onboarding Superstars – Process paperwork, maintain records and make sure every new hire has a smooth start. Running Background Checks & Drug Testing – Ensure all candidates meet our high standards. Leading Warm Welcomes & Orientations – Make new employees feel at home from day one! Cross-Training & Back-Up Support – Be a go-to resource for our Shared Services team when needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
Required: Experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding. Strong administrative and clerical skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Basic math skills (yes, you’ll need to use a calculator!).
Preferred: Bilingual in English & Spanish – a huge plus! SHRM knowledge or prior HR experience. Familiarity with HRIS systems like Dayforce.
