About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple customer accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing employees across multiple job sites, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cleaning and maintenance operations across multiple commercial and institutional job sites.
Interview, hire, and train new employees to ensure a high-performing workforce.
Address and resolve employee and customer concerns to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Assign tasks and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Ensure all employees receive proper safety training, including site-specific requirements.
Manage procurement of necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in proper working condition.
Oversee employee timekeeping and work hour documentation.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to support the team.
Conduct site inspections and provide customers with detailed monthly reports on building conditions and work progress.
Maintain a strong understanding of the business-to-business service industry and service delivery components.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong ability to follow and implement written and verbal instructions.
Basic understanding of operational principles and service delivery.
Strong numerical and analytical skills for tracking and reporting.
Certifications/Licenses: One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or relevant experience/training.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise hourly general cleaners across multiple job sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage multiple sites that do not have a dedicated site manager.
