The successful candidate will join a motivated team dedicated to maintaining high care and production efficiency standards. Our warehouse environment is structured to support both team-based and independent work, requiring a versatile and adaptive approach to daily tasks and challenges. In this position, you are responsible for the daily care, feeding, and raising of live feeder insects for distribution. This position is perfect for those with a detail-oriented, caring mentality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Feed and water live insects to ensure their health and growth.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to promote hygiene and efficiency.
- Prepare and assemble materials for insect care.
- Carry out all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Display attention to detail in all aspects of the production process to prevent any discrepancies.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Respect and work well with coworkers, embracing a team-focused approach to ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Perform all responsibilities in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring respectful interactions with both team members and management.
