Job Posting : Production Team Member
The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Team Member. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility in Fairfield, Ohio. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you.
Production Team Member Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily production of insect products
- Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to policies and procedures

Production Team Member Shift :
Tuesday - Saturday 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm
