Duties and Responsibilities- Packaging and handling of live insects with high care and specific requirements to ensure product quality and safety.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shipping area to comply with safety regulations
- Following all company guidelines related to live insect shipment.
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand in place, squat, kneel, bend, and carry frequently
- Ability to problem solve and follow directions
- Ability to understand and speak English
- Ability to count to 100 and perform simple math
- Ability to use a box cutter and tape gun
- Ability to perform duties with accuracy, care, and speed
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects
