Job Description:
The Community Association Manager will provide management services to 180 unit luxury condominium association located on N. Lakeshore Drive The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, responsible for all operational and financial aspects of property including, answering resident questions, overseeing vendors and other service-providers, responding to and coordinating maintenance requests, attending board meetings, and inspecting the property.
Responsibilities:
- Be available to homeowners to address association matters
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues
- Manage property inventory
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by homeowners
- Supervise all property staff
- Manage all financial aspects of the community
- Support the Association's Board of Directors
- Provide leadership and supervision of short-term and long-term capital projects
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Coordinate, prepare for, and attend monthly Board Meetings
- Perform routine property inspections
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of property management experience relevant to community associations, with an emphasis on large high-rise associations.
- Active CAM license with the State of Illinois
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understand rules and regulations concerning the governance of Illinois Condominium Associations
- Communicate effectively with Board Members
- Develop and understand how to use basic web-based management tools and software platforms
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel
- Understand how to read basic financial statements
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with experience managing large high-rise community associations. Customer-Service skills are essential to this position, in addition to an understanding of building systems and infrastructure.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
