Description/Job Summary:
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Dormitory Manager for a complete facility maintenance program to support a federal Agency. The Dormitory Manager works under the general supervision of the Executive Director in the day-to-day supervision, support, health, and welfare of students living in the dormitory. The Dormitory Manager manages the day-to-day, 24-hour operation of the dormitory to ensure a safe and holistic home living program for each student.
- Shall possess at least 3 years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experience in the management and supervision of commercial and institutional housekeeping and guest services of the approximate size and characteristics of the FLETC Complex.
- Responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of all students, staff, and visitors of the dormitory.
- Oversees common home living duties.
- Ability to construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports.
- 2 years of relevant experience in a like employment.
The position is an ON-SITE position and will require being at various locations in North Charleston occasionally.
