- Based on tenant requests, prioritizes work orders and assigns maintenance and construction employees, or outside contractors as needed. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and lease obligations and standards. Closes out tasks when completed.
- Performs routine property inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure cleanliness, security and overall appearance including parking lots and surrounding areas. Recommends repairs and/or maintenance as necessary.
- Obtains quotes for snow removal, landscaping, and other related services as requested by the VP of Property Management. Completes purchase order process as necessary when ordering services and materials/supplies.
- Knowledge of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Life Safety systems in commercial properties.
- Provides 24/7 on call support during off hours and weekends as assigned.
- Reviews tenant Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliations. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of four to six years of related experience in commercial property management.
- CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
- Valid driver's license with good-standing driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- US Work Authorization Compensation: $75,500
