Deliver outstanding service by being proactive, responsive, and attentive to the needs of residents and guests. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Foster strong relationships with residents and guests to promote a sense of community and belonging. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues efficiently, and following up on concerns. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and food service.Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
- Capacity to multitask, manage stress, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
