- Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment by following proper sanitation procedures and universal precautions
- Respond promptly to resident calls and security system alerts
- Participate in the development and implementation of Personalized Service Plans (PSPs)
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure resident needs are met

- Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing a plus
