The Resident Care Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This role involves providing hands-on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Personalized Service Plan (PSP), while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and updating of Personalized Service Plans
- Follow hydration schedules and ensure residents' meal attendance sheets are completed
- Know and comply with all resident rights
- Initiate and assist with activities, as appropriate
- Check assigned residents daily for cleanliness and any changes in condition
- Use proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions
