Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Assist the GM with interviews, train and supervise bartenders.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service, drink preparation, and safety protocols.
- Motivate and manage the team to maintain a positive work environment.
- Act as Manager on Duty when General Manager is not available
- Customer Service:
- Greet and interact with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor the quality of service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operations:
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for beverages, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and liquor laws.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, controlling costs and expenses.
- Implement promotions to boost sales and profitability.
- Handle cash management, including reconciling cash drawers and processing payments.
- Menu Development:
- Collaborate with management to develop and update drink menus.
- Source and order ingredients, garnishes, and supplies.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.
- Marketing and Promotion:
