The Bunny Hive is a social club for little ones and their grownups, ages newborn to five. We provide a range of engaging "grownup and me" classes and social events, where children can learn through play while grownups bond with their little ones and connect with new friends. Our beautiful and thoughtfully designed environment sets us apart as a special haven for families. Regional Studio Owner Allie Felix is bringing 3 locations of this fast-growing franchise to the community, including Odessa and South Tampa.

The Bunny Hive Odessa is looking for charismatic and personable individuals with a passion for early childhood development to join our team. As a full-time instructor at The Bunny Hive Odessa, you'll guide littles and their caregivers through a variety of classes—sensory, ballet, culinary, and music, and more. Beyond teaching, you'll facilitate connection amongst clients and deliver top-level service and experiences.
This is a full-time salaried role with opportunity for professional advancement as Studio Manager, Studio Director, or Regional Director. The Bunny Hive provides a comprehensive curriculum and paid training period; no prior experience leading these subjects is required.
What You’ll Bring to Life:
- Execute 30-minute classes from The Bunny Hive curriculum in the subjects such as sensory, culinary, music, and more through provided curriculum training
- Collaborate on curriculum refinement, special seasonal classes and events, and enriching our community experience
- Provide excellent client service to families by developing personable and professional relationships with clients, checking families in and out for classes, and answering questions with speed and professionalism
- Foster a nurturing space where families form lasting friendships
- Ensure our beautiful space stays clean and ready for each class
Our Ideal Team Member Has:
- Background in education, theater, or similar, nanny experience, or experience teaching preschool age children and younger
- A naturally warm presence and reliable, and a dedicated approach to work
- The gift of connecting meaningfully with both children and their grown-ups
- Self-starter with a knack for organization and attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help continuously improve The Bunny Hive experience
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $42,000 starting salary with benefits including paid time off and sick days. This position offers exceptional growth potential, with opportunities for advancement to a studio manager role within 6-12 months. We plan to promote 1-2 internal candidates to these leadership positions, which come with a commensurate salary increase.
