Job Summary
The Bunny Hive is looking for a charismatic teacher to join our team. As a part-time teacher, you will be leading children age 0 to 4 years, and their parents, in a variety of classes including art, story time, sensory, music, ballet, sensory story and more. You do not need previous experience leading these subjects as we will provide training, we just ask that you have a willingness to learn, a love for babies, and the confidence to be outgoing, sociable, and silly. This role is 5-25 hours per week, depending on your availability, and pays $18-20 / hour.
About The Bunny Hive
The Bunny Hive is an elevated social club for little ones and their grownups. We offer classes 5 days a week including music, art, sensory, ballet, culinary exploration, baby massage, and story time, as well as seasonal events, workshops, and private parties. The Bunny Hive has 17 locations across the country, but Richmond is where our corporate office is located, so you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with The Bunny Hive leadership as part of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute 30-minute classes from The Bunny Hive curriculum; note that you will be trained on how to lead these classes, we just ask that you have the willingness and interest to learn
- Engage with families in a friendly, personable and professional manner
- Facilitate an environment for relationship building before, during and after class
- Assist in clean-up activities after class
