The main role of the Treatment Plan Coordinator will be: assisting patients in customizing treatment plans to meet their needs and dental health goals. The right candidate will be confident in guiding patients through finalizing any and all financial arrangements.
Additional duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Checking in/out patients
- answering phone calls
- scheduling appointments
- assisting financial coordinator in verifying insurance benefits
- entering plans into Open Dental as well as other various administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service skills required. Previous dental office experience is preferred.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patient, doctors, and team members
- Knowledge of dental terminology is preferred.
- Must be able to conduct oneself in a mature, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills

**Compensation is dependent upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.86 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
