Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our apartment complexes.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize apartments and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.99 - $20.00 per hour
