Property management firm looking for experienced maintenance techs to join team overseeing 5 apartment complexes in Bloomington. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance skills required. All candidates must have their own transportation and tools. On-call responsibilities are rotated within the staff.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
