Property Management Firm seeking a highly motivated Property Manager for our Apartment complexes in Homewood and Midlothian. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, and a professional attitude with the desire to provide a pleasant atmosphere to our tenants.
The position will include a wide variety of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of assigned residential properties;
- Respond timely and courteously to tenants, prospective tenants, and vendors;
- Oversee maintenance and cleaning staff and ensure timely turnover of units;
- Effectively market and advertise vacancies at properties;
- Monitor, log and confirm maintenance requests are resolved timely;
- Review tenant ledgers to ensure timely collections;
- Oversee accuracy of transactions entered by the corporate office in the processing of all rents and leases;
- Manager paperwork flow between tenants and corporate office;
- Serve 5-day notices as required;
- Performing Move In and Move Out inspections;
- Submitting weekly reports to Corporate office;
Requirements
We are seeking an individual who possesses the following skill set:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction from corporate office.
- Superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
- Display strong and confident negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites and general office tools.
- A professional attitude with a desire to provide a superior experience to tenants and staff.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a driver’s license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
