POSITION: We are seeking either a copy writer with experience creating employment ads or a Recruiting savvy professional not to recruit but to focus on Developing candidates looking for various job positions. You will be creating new fresh and compelling job ads and managing the posting on major job boards and on social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging Career ad campaigns and content on major job boards and social media. There is a great deal of flexibility with hours and this can be a part time or full time position with the ability to work remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate Qualified Candidates for career positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-4 years of experience in creating Job Ads
• Recruiting with high volume job ad creation is a plus
• Social Media Savvy Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook Job Ads is a Plus
• Detailed Oriented
EXPERIENCE:
• Employment Ad Copy writing experience is a must for job portals and social media platforms
• Recruiting Experience is a plus
