• Oversee and manage marketing efforts and initiatives to promote the firm’s brand across various platforms, including website management.
• Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Manage new client contacts, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Organize and maintain case files, including discovery review, indexing, and tracking documents.
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline marketing processes and increase productivity.
• Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Qualifications :
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and interest in website management and digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing and office software (experience in a law firm is a plus).
• Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive client matters with discretion. Compensation : $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
