This is a full-time, in-office position .
Compensation and Benefits :
Base Salary : The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000.
Performance-Based Bonuses : Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives.
Paid Time Off : Includes vacation days, sick leave, and recognized holidays.

Responsibilities :
- Settlement Coordination : Manage all aspects of the settlement process, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing settlement documents, resolution of liens, and reduction of medical expenses.
- Client Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the settlement phase, ensuring they are informed and supported.
- Case Management : Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Documentation and Compliance : Ensure compliance with legal standards and proper documentation of settlement agreements.
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with medical providers, lien holders, and other third parties to facilitate timely resolution of cases.
- Administrative Support : Maintain accurate records and databases, track settlement timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and address any obstacles that could delay the settlement process.
