What We Are Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A keen eye for fashion, trends, and product curation
Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail on inputting data
Ability to walk for full shifts while sourcing at the LA Mart
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
Prior experience in buying, merchandising, or retail is a plus
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
Strong buyer that understands how to analyze reporting to make informed decisions when pulling styles in the mart for clients

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing products in the LA Mart (and potentially trade shows).

Be in the LA Mart for full shifts assisting buyers in product selection and notation.

Maintain meticulous records of orders, ship dates , and tracking

Communicate with vendors to gather product information, pricing, and availability

Assist in product selection to ensure alignment with each clients needs and market trends

manage OTB for multiple accounts

Qualifications

3 to 5 years experience buying with vendors in the LA MART

Strong vendor relations with Domestic and Import vendors

High proficiency in EXCEL

Strong understanding of Google Sheets
