We currently have an open position for Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager. You will be responsible for servicing and expanding a book of business by servicing & selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a full-time salary position including an excellent benefit package along with many opportunities for additional commission and sales incentives & growth bonus.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Provide Customer Service for endorsements, billing, renewals and claims etc.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Answer incoming phone calls from new business clients for quotes.
- Responsibly for maintaining and growing a book of business.
Requirements
- Possess an active Connecticut Property & Casualty Producers License.
- Life license preferred
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
