As a Brand Associate, you will represent our company and promote our products/services to potential customers. Your role is crucial in building brand awareness and loyalty. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and networking skills to create a strong brand presence across various channels, including social media, events and community outreach programs.The Brand Associate is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Team Members and guidance to the brand. This role will fundamentally be the first contact by development of service, support, and documentation to ensure high quality interactions while being held accountable for all digital services for the team members for phones, computers, and digital technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dealer and end user satisfaction through quality and timely support provided by phone, email, or in-person communications.
- Provide friendly and timely phone assistance to dealer/end user network including transferring, tracking, and following up with reporting and continued improvement for automation.
- Serve as the liaison with external and internal operations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide special reports as requested.
- Coordination and documentation of external visitors with internal team members.
- Coordinate and facilitate events hosted: Hotel |Food & Beverages | Reservations | Additional travel arrangements
- Maintain relationships/contacts with distributors, dealers, vendors, customers, and end users.
- Assist in the storage, preparation, and maintenance of regular housekeeping and season decorations of facility.
- Responsible and accountable for all telecommunications setup, selection, and management of services including training, updating, and reporting.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extravert with a friendly demeanor.
- Desire and ability to grasp tasks efficiently with a high degree of professionalism.
- High energy level and self-motivated.
- Strong computer literacy/proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, HubSpot (or other CRM)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
