What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Operator position at The C. D. Hartnett Company?
Full time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (could be later depending on when all jobs are complete)
Entry Level position, we will train, most systems are custom for our business
Task:
- Calling c-store customers for orders/missing orders
- Data Entry
- Running end of the day reports
- Computer Backups
- Closing building each day
- Help Desk calls from customers and teammates, refer to tech team as needed
- Helping customers with problems using our Andriod ordering ap
- Scanning paper documents into our record archival system
- Able to stand in one place for long periods of time
- Able to pull full cases of paper/supplies from warehouse environment.
Cross training on other positions in the department
Requirements:
- Reliable, on time
- Availability (Sunday - Friday) 6am - 6pm
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and work through complex issues
- Basic computer hardware, software skills
- Highly accurate with attention to detail
- Able to work overtime (every 4 weeks close books for company)
- Able to lift/move full cases of paper and other office supplies
Job Type: Full-time
