Position: Account Executive
Reports to: Vice President, Sales

Position Description:
Manages one or more of the company’s key accounts, handling traditional sales functions, coordinating information flow to/from the key account, maintaining a strong relationship between the account and the company and working with operations and customer service to meet their respective requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
In conjunction with operations and other organizational departments, organize and execute an exceptional commercial approach to evolve with key accounts.
- Meet and exceed annual top line sales plan as agreed
- Consistent account reviews via the CRM system.
- Conduct regular opportunity reviews with management
- Complete weekly and monthly activity updates
- Provide monthly dollar forecasts, by account
- Conduct Key Account Strategy reviews
- Conduct Account margin improvement team meetings
- Manage a travel and expenses budget
- Manage individual accounts’ receivables and inventory to agreement and expectations
- Conduct quarterly business review meetings at all key accounts
- Continue personal development through ongoing business and industry education
- Attend and participate in all sales meetings
- Manage overnight and day travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
