What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper, Maid position at The Caboose Motel?
Part-time, Seasonal Position. We are open from the beginning of April through the end of October & would love for you to join our team! (Housekeeping staff usually starts in March to get the rooms opened back up for the season)
*** Previous housekeeping experience preferred!!!***
Clean assigned rooms in a thorough and timely manner. **PHYSICAL MOBILITY & STAMINA REQUIRED** Must be able to walk, stand, kneel & bend for extended periods of time. This position required multiple trips up & down stairs on a daily basis. Job includes (but not limited to) cleaning guest rooms, scrubbing bathrooms, making beds, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting/polishing, collecting trash & doing laundry.
Position requires professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening. Previous hospitality/ housekeeping experience a plus. Must be available for ALL shifts including days, weekends and some holidays.
