We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Seasonal Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all pool guests. This role requires CPR and AED certification for both adults and infants. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing assistance in case of emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Checking for pool passes, ensuring resident use only.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any emergencies, including providing CPR or first aid when necessary.
- Assist with pool maintenance duties, including cleaning and checking pool levels and equipment. Maintain all pool records and reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area.
- Interact positively with pool guests and provide great customer service.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
- Water flowers, sweep deck, pull weeds, empty trash and clean bathrooms
Requirements:
- Valid CPR and AED certification for both adults and infants (required).
- Previous experience in pool safety or lifeguarding is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record. .

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
