Job Title: Bartender at The Cage Cocktail Bar

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Stay knowledgeable about our cocktail menu, ingredients, and specialty drinks, offering recommendations when appropriate.
• Manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and ensure all guests are of legal drinking age.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and tabs accurately.
• Maintain health and safety standards, including cleanliness, food handling, and alcohol regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage return visits.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is required, especially in a high-volume or cocktail-focused environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, working with top-shelf spirits.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
