Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members.
- Train staff on food service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and cash handling procedures.
- Experience in coffee preparation or knowledge of coffee products is a plus.
