Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by efficiently managing to-go orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately enter orders into the FoodTec POS system, ensuring that all details are correct for seamless order processing.
- Prepare and package food items for takeout, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and taking orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in guest relations by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Pay $12/hr PLUS Tips
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with FoodTec POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- A passion for helping others and providing outstanding guest services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
