What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at The Cake Bake Shop?
Servers at The Cake Bake Shop are expected to create a magical and one-of-a-kind experience for our guests by:
- Understanding the menu. This includes being well versed in all items (and recipes) with the ability to answer questions about ingredients, history of the item, flavor profiles, and pairings.
- Exhibiting poise and composure during a fast paced and busy shift.
- Working as part of a team to ensure that all guests have an elevated and unique experience.
- Working efficiently and effectively with Aloha POS.
- Ensuring accuracy of all orders and financial transactions.
- Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, engaging with our guests and with other team members.
- Adhering to our uniform and brand standards.

Requirements:
In order to be eligible for this position you must be able to meet the following criteria:
- Weekend availability
- Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted IN liquor license
- Prior experience in fine dining preferred
- 2 years previous experience as a Server required
