Our startup client is in need of a Partner Development Manager to join their team! This Partner Development Manager role will be fully remote.
This Partner Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Estabilishing and maintaining relationships with SIS providers, CRM resellers, marketing agencies, and education consultants to drive mutual growth
- Developing strategies to ensure solutions align with partner offerings and market needs
- Representing the company at education-specific events, engaging with partners, building relationships, and gathering market insights to strengthen presence in the education sector
- Regularly engaging partners to drive referral leads and maintain strong relationships
- Conducting training sessions to keep partners updated on new product launches and developments
- Nurturing relationships with key contacts across partner organizations to ensure alignment and foster strong, productive partnerships
- Conducting research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay informed of market trends
- Evaluating partnership impact on revenue and make recommendations to optimize results
- Tracking key performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue contributions from partners
- Preparing insights and recommendations for stakeholders based on performance data
To be considered for this role the successful Partner Development Manager has:
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the SaaS or technology sector, ideally with experience in the education vertical
- Proven experience in building partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including technology resellers, consultants, and agencies
- Strong understanding of CRM software and LeadSquared’s core offerings
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to engage partners for long-term success
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure partnership impact and drive continuous improvement
Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
